On April 8th, 2024, in the morning, the misty rain enveloped the charming pearl of Jiangnan, Liyang. By the afternoon, the rain ceased, as if preparing to welcome the first stop of the Shandong Feed Industry Inspection Team from afar to Jiangsu. ----- Visit Fast
The Shandong feed inspection team was personally led by Li Xiangming, executive vice president of the Shandong Feed Industry Association. The inspection team members were composed of 35 members from 23 enterprise groups in Shandong. The total feed output of the feed enterprise groups in the inspection team accounted for more than 60% of Shandong Province’s total feed production; Jiang Jiahua, Secretary General of Jiangsu Feed Industry Association, led the reception on behalf of the Jiangsu Association.
President Tang Jinxiang of Fast and all administrative staff welcomed the inspection team from Shandong. The team embarked on their visit by touring the Fast product showroom, where they were full of praise for the innovative technology and precision processing of the products!
Then the Shandong inspection team visited the FAST modern European production workshop and fully understood the whole process of the product from the material cutting to painting and final assembly. They were very interested in FAST's lean production and whole process quality management, and they highly appreciated the following points:
The spacious and clean workshop (workshop area of 32,000 square meters), advanced natural lighting and automatic ventilation system have greatly improved the working environment and comfort of employees.
From steel entering the workshop to finished products being warehoused, nothing touches the ground; all steel, semi-finished, and finished products — either on pallets or on mobile carts, and if not on carts, then on wooden pallets!

After the workshop tour, the inspection team and the Fast team entered the multi-functional hall for technical exchanges. Before the technical exchange, Secretary-General Jiang Jiahuaand President Tang Jinxiang delivered speeches on behalf of the Jiangsu Feed Industry Association and Jiangsu Fast respectively to welcome the Shandong Feed Inspection Team.
The technical exchange started with Vice President Shao Jianxin sharing the innovative technologies of Jiangsu Fast’s “Extrusion Pelleting Technology for Conditioning” and “Specialized Grinder for Layer Feed”. The Extrusion Pelleting Technology for Conditioning can increase duck feed production by more than 50%. The pelllet hardness is increased by 50-100%, and the powder content is ≤0.5%; it can also improve the appearance quality and intrinsic quality of fish and shrimp feed (increase the degree of conditioning and water resistance).
The layer feed hammer mill is capable of ensuring that the residue of corn particles after grinding through an 18-mesh sieve is less than 9%. Additionally, it enhances the particle size distribution by three levels, achieving uniform particle size and minimal powder content.
Then, the Director of Fast Tian Gongwei shared the “Innovative Technologies in Premix Engineering,“ starting with emphasis on sanitation, cleanliness, and safety, elaborating on the distinctive features of premix technology known as FastTech.

2. Dense Phase Conveying Technology for Additives (positive pressure, negative pressure);
3. Low residue high-speed single shaft paddle mixer;
In the exchange phase that followed, all members of the delegation spoke and communicated actively, presented the pain points and difficulties encountered in actual production, raised some practical details about the innovative technology shared by Fast and expressed strong interest in it, and the Fast team gave detailed and thorough answers to each guest's questions.
Finally, Executive Vice President Li Xiangming made a wonderful summary speech, and on behalf of the Shandong Feed Industry Association to Jiangsu Feed Industry Association presented a 'Viewing all mountains as insignificant' Taishan plaque!
